Current itinerary (subject to changes due to animal migration)
Day 1- Arrive JRO and transfer to Arusha, overnight at Masailand Safari Lodge
Day 2- Tarangire National Park. Overnight at Sangaiwe Mbuyu Tented Lodge.
Day 3- Serengeti via Ngorogoro, optional stop at Oldupai Gorge. Overnight at Thorn Tree Tented Camp.
Day 4 and 5- Full days in Serengeti, sunrise game drives, wildlife viewing. Overnight at Thorn Tree Tented Camp.
Day 6- Serengeti to Ngorogoro Crater, The world's largest intact, unfilled volcanic caldera spanning 102 square miles. Home to over 20,000 large mammals INCLUDING the "BIG FIVE" and a UNESCO World Heritage site, game drive, then to Karatu. Overnight at Martina's Retreat.
Day 7- Karatu to Lake Manyara National Park, game drive, transfer to Arusha/ Kilimanjaro Airport for departure.

Luxury Lodge Tanzania Photo Safari
October 29-November 4, 2027 and November 6-12, 2027 (Sold Out)
Day 1 – Nov 6, 2027: JRO - Arusha Upon arrival JRO on KLM, meet and transfer to Arusha town and Masailand Safari Lodge or similar accommodation for an overnight stay.
Day 2 – Nov 7, 2027: Arusha – Tarangire NP Early in the morning and after breakfast, meet with our driver guide for pre-safari briefing, and then board our safari vehicle and proceed to Tarangire NP to enjoy the Tarangire’s mob of elephants, baobab trees, bird varieties, great landscape and the Tarangire River. Following your lunch, continue with an afternoon game viewing in the park and end our day at Tarangire Sopa Lodge or similar accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 – Nov 8, 2027: Tarangire NP – Serengeti NP After a leisurely breakfast, we will leave your lodge with packed lunches for another memorable day towards Serengeti NP and a stop at Oldupai Gorge on the way as we will have dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Serena Safari or similar accommodation.
Days 4 & 5 – Nov 9-10, 2027: Serengeti NP These are full days of game viewing in the park as you'll wake up before dawn to take part in a sunrise game drive. As the sun sets fire to the savannah, you'll have the best opportunity to see predators in action as they take advantage of the low light and cooler temperatures to look for an early meal. It's an ideal time to see lions, leopards, and cheetahs in action as well as the early morning movements of the wildebeest, zebra, and other herbivores. After our unforgettable morning, we will return to our lodge for a late breakfast and to freshen up before hitting the road again with a picnic lunch or else we can collect our packed lunches and depart for full days of game viewing. Your driver will select the best possible route based upon the time and the kind of animals you'd like to see, catering our day so that our opportunities to see the Serengeti's diverse wildlife are maximized. we will retire our day at the same Lodge for dinner and overnight stay for these 2 more nights.
Day 6 – Nov 11, 2027: Serengeti – Ngorongoro - Karatu Early in the morning and after breakfast, leave the Camp with our packed lunches ready for another exciting day in the 8th wonder of the world, the Ngorongoro Crater itself. Today our expert safari guide will lead us into the Ngorongoro crater for a wonderful game drives. The Ngorongoro crater is the 8th wonder of the Natural World, spreading over 102 sq. miles and has 2.000 ft high walls, making it virtually a Noah's ark like, it is inhabited by almost every species of wildlife that is indigenous to East Africa including the rare and endangered black rhinos, other animals that can be revealed on our game drives are Elands, Lions, Waterbucks, Wildebeests, Hyenas, jackals, African Elephants, Buffaloes, secretive leopards, Cheetahs, hippos and many more alongside hundreds of bird species eg. Maasai Ostrich, Kori bustard, Ibis, Starlings etc. Lunch boxes shall be served to us at the picnic point inside the crater. Shortly after lunch and late afternoon crater tour, bid a farewell as we ascend the crater floor and drive to Karatu and Marera Valley Lodge or similar accommodation for dinner.
Day 7 – Nov 12, 2027: Karatu – Lake Manyara NP - Kilimanjaro Int’l Airport (JRO) After a leisurely breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park including packed lunches for a morning game drive. This is a beautiful park with its lush vegetation and tropical forests of giant figs, took its name from the Maasai word for "euphorbia tirucalli", a bush which is used to make a thorny hedge to protect their cattle. Elephant, giraffe, buffalo, groups of hippos, zebras even the tree climbing lions can be spotted lazily resting on the branches of an "Acacia tortilis" tree. The birdlife is also abundant, with flamingoes, pelicans, hornbills and plenty of forest species. Following our amazing morning game drive, bid a farewell to the park and head to Kilimanjaro Int’l Airport (JRO) to board our flight back home, reporting time is at least 2 ½ hours before the flight departure.
